The Science Shop was established in 1989 and is a joint project between Queen’s University Belfast and Ulster University. The Science Shop works across all university faculties. It acts as a broker, bringing community research needs into the university and finding students to do small pieces of research in response to those needs. The Science Shop is a joint initiative between Ulster University and Queens University. They are celebrating 30 years of this partnership in 2019. The project will see the development of an info-graphic and motion graphic campaign, a portable exhibition, a 30th anniversary logo and visual identity.
